Karachi: Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has strongly condemned NAB search raid at Speaker Sindh Assembly Agha Siraj Durrani residence and termed it ‘inhuman’ act by the anti-graft body.Addressing a press conference here Thursday, Murad Ali Shah alleged that NAB officials inappropriately dealt with the female members of Agha Siraj Durrani and forcibly took their signs on different papers.What was the purpose of NAB raid at the residence of Agha Siraj when he was already taken into custody, he questioned.“No law allows the NAB for any such action,” Murad said and added that they would record their protest against NAB misbehavior in the Sindh Assembly session tomorrow.“We are ready to face accusations,” he said however, he added that being the Chief Executive of Sindh he would not allow any wrongdoing.He also slammed NAB discrimination with the Sindh and its ministers and called up NAB Chief to take notice of his subordinates who are defaming his name. CM Sindh went on to say Acting Speaker has issued production orders for Durrani, adding that NAB should allow him to attend in the session.Speaker is a constitutional slot and it has important role to perform, he said and added that Agha Siraj Durrani was neither summoned not served notice prior to his arrest.
